Subject:- Web-casting in connection with General Election to WBLA, 2026-regarding dismounting of camera after poll.
Madam/Sir.
I am directed to inform that the earlier instruction about uninstallation of Camera and Delivery of Video Footage has been partially revised, as follows:
After completion of poll, the Sector Officer is to visit the Polling Stations under his charge and guide the Polling Party with the sealing of EVMs, Statutory and Non-statutory Papers etc. When the Presiding Officer and his team is busy completing the closure formalities, the Camera Technician will remove the cameras strictly in the presence of Sector Officers. The technician will not remove the micro SD card from the cameras, but dismount the camera and hand it over to the Sector officer. Polling Party and BLOs are mandatorily required to remain at the Polling Station till Sector Officer arrives along with the Camera Technician and until all cameras (indoor and outdoor) are fully removed. Under no circumstances shall any Polling Party and BLO leave the booth before completion of the removal process.
1. Receiving of micro-SD chips. Copying and Storage:
At the Receiving Centre, at least two dedicated counters must be set up for post-poll camera collection manned with one technical person from agency and ARO. The camera will be handed over to the agency's technical person. He will remove SD card in presence of ARO and hand it over to ARO. All these cards would be copied by the Agency's technical staff to into a digital storage which is to be handed over to the respective RO for safe keeping and viewing.
You are requested to kindly follow the revised process for removal of camera and handing over of SD Card.

ধারাবাহিকভাবে তৃণমূল ও বিজেপির মিথ্যা প্রপাগান্ডার ফল হল এটা। তারা
বামফ্রন্টের আমলে এক কাল্পনিক প্রপাগান্ডা চালিয়েছিল তৃণমূল। অভিযোগ ছিল, বাংলাদেশের মানুষ এনে ভোটে যেতে বামফ্রন্ট।
আটকানোর জন্য ফটো আইডি (ভোটার কার্ড) তৈরি করেছিল নির্বাচন কমিশনার টি এন শেষণ। তাতেও নাকি আটকানো যাইনি!
আজ সেই একই প্রোপাগান্ডা চালাচ্ছে বিজেপি। শুধু নতুন কয়েকটি শব্দ যোগ হয়েছে। রোহিঙ্গা, ঘুষপেটিয়া, বাংলাদেশি মুসলিম ইত্যাদি।
তৃণমূলের তৈরি করা একফালি বাঁশ,/ করছে দেখো তাকেই সর্বনাশ। আম জনতা খাচ্ছি খাবি, শুঁকে পদ্মের সুবাস।
সেদিন আমারা তৃণমূলের প্রোপাগান্ডাকে সত্যি বলে বিশ্বাস করেছিলাম। আজ আমরা সেটাই করছি। বিজেপির চালানো সেই প্রপাগান্ডা আজ আমাদের মগজের মূলে ঢুকে গেছে।
আমাদের যুক্তিবোধ কাজ করে না। ফলে দেরিতে বুঝি। সেদিন তৃণমূলের তৈরি করা প্রোপাগান্ডার ভয়ে আমরা স্লোগান তুলেছিলাম “যে আসে আসুক, বামফ্রন্ট যাক।” এলো তৃণমূল। তারপর আমাদের ভুল ভাঙলো।
এখনও সেই একই স্লোগান। “যে আসে আসুক, তৃণমূল যাক।”
সেদিন এই ‘যে’ ছিলো জোড়াফুল। আজ সেই ‘যে’এর জায়গা দখল নিতে চাচ্ছে পদ্মফুল। লেখাপড়া জানা মধ্যবিত্ত সেদিনের মতো আজও একই ‘বিশ্বাসে’ নির্ভর ‘যে’কে নির্বাচন করতে চাইছেন।
এখন তাদের প্রপাগান্ডা ও আমাদের বিশ্বাসের সমস্ত জায়গা জুড়ে থাকা ‘রোহিঙ্গা’ ও ‘বাংলাদেশি মুসলিম’দের আটকাতে আমাদের একটু কষ্ট তো করতেই হবে। তারা আমাদের চাকরি-বাকরি সব খেয়ে ফেলছে! একটু কষ্ট না করলে কি, কেষ্ট মেলে!
আমাদের যুক্তিবোধ এই এইসব ‘ঠুনকো’ যুক্তিতে তো ভোলে না।
১) বাংলাদেশের সংখ্যাগুরু মুসলিমরা ভারতে সংখ্যালঘু হতে আসবে কেন? সংখ্যাগুরু হওয়ার জন্য যে সুবিধা তারা বাংলাদেশে পায়, সংখ্যালঘু হওয়ার কারণে হিন্দুরা সেখানে তা পায়না বলে বিশ্বাস করি, ভারতে এসে সংখ্যালঘু হয়ে মুসলিমরা কীভাবে তা পাবে?
২) বাংলাদেশের সংখ্যালঘু নিম্নবর্ণের হিন্দু ভারতে এলে তারা এসসি-এসটির হওয়ার সাংবিধানিক সুবিধা পায়। শিক্ষা ও চাকরিতে। আর সেকারণেই আজও তাদের এদেশে আসার স্রোত কমছে না। উল্টে তাদের আসতে উৎসাহিত করছে কেন্দ্র সরকার।
৩) এই সুবিধা ভারতের সংখ্যালঘু সম্প্রদায় যদি পেতো বাংলাদেশে গেলে, এখানকার সংখ্যালঘুর বড়ো অংশ বরং ওখানেই চলে যেতো। এটাই স্বাভাবিক। কিন্তু সেখানে সেই সুবিধা পায় না। তাই মুসলিমরা সেখানে যাওয়ার নাম করে না।
